Featuring A Greater Gift (SERRV) and Equal Exchange
fair trade products, produced by persons in developing areas of the world.
The Small World Shop is a mission project designed to bring needed income, dignity and hope to low income artisans.
In most third world countries, $1,200 of fair trade product sales will support a family of four for one year.
A Greater Gift items include carved animals, brassware, musical instruments, toys, jewelry, nativity scenes, Christmas tree ornaments, stoneware, cooking and serving utensils, baskets, wooden boxes, soup mixes, tea and more.
Equal Exchange products include coffee, tea, cocoa and candy.
The Small World Shop is open to the public:
- Every Sunday before and after worship
- Wednesday evenings in December
- and by special arrangement

Annual Community Open House
Friday, Nov. 21 (5-8 pm) and Saturday, Nov. 22 (9 a.m - 2 p.m.).
15% of proceeds of sales on these two days will be
donated to a local non-profit agency
A Greater Gift is part of SERRV International, a non-profit alternative trade organization that promotes social and economic justice for people in developing regions of the world by marketing their handicrafts in a just and direct manner. SERRV, a program of the Church of the Brethren, is a member of the International Federation for Alternative Trade and the Fair Trade Federation. |
