At First United Methodist Church of Ypsilanti, we are a very open and accepting congregation.

We not so concerned about what you look like or how you dress as we are hopeful you will join us for worship. Our services are as casual as you want them to be. If you prefer dressy, come to church in your finest! Jeans are ok, too!

It's easy to join our church. The first step is coming to Sunday Services! If you enjoy the service and the people you meet, let us know. We have several New Member classes through out the year. They are on Sundays from 11a.m. until 1:30 p.m. They include lunch and childcare. The next one is June 8.
